Shipping Time I ship within 3 working days of your payment clearing and in most cases I ship sooner. I just give myself a 3 working day window in case of emergencies on my end. I tell you the worst and give you my best. If a package is delayed you will know why if the problem is on my end. This way you are never disappointed in my shipping time. I really try hard to do my best. I reserve the right to ship by an alternative shipping method if required. If you require your purchase by a specific date please let me know at the time of purchase and I will do my best to accomodate you. Additional costs may be required for a faster shipping method. When I ship the capodimonte pieces that shipping can take up to 14 working days for it needs special attention in packing and shipping. That is done by a separate packing house in which I do not control.

Insurance is included in each item I sell. Items are shipped via USPS. Rena's Collectibles reserves the right to send via another shipping method if needed.
Sales Tax 7% for Florida in-state buyers will be automatically added to your total. Delivery confirmation is provided with your shipment. I use the Delivery Confirmation which shows up on the USPS site. Sometimes the Post office does not scan in these packages but since insurance is provided in the cost of shipment, if the package is deemed lost you are protected.
Refunds will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
Items damaged during shipment:
We do our best to package your purchase very carefully, however sometimes things happen beyond our control that cause damage during shipment. If anything is damaged during shipment, please contact me immediately so that an insurance claim can be filed. To file insurance and receive a replacement item if available or a full refund I will require you to take a picture of the damage, a picture of the box with shipping label, and all packing material and you will need to write a letter dated and signed by you explaining the damage. You must keep the item until the insurance claim has been paid. If I have send you a replacement, I will send your replacement immediately. If you receive a refund, the refund will be made as soon as the insurance company has paid. All insurance pictures or letters can be emailed to me for processed, no extra time delay is needed for mailing required insurance information.
Items lost during shipment:
If a package is lost in the mail within the United States, I will require a written statement dated and signed 21 days after shipment so that the insurance claim can be filed. No claims for missing items can be made prior to 21 days after shipment. All insurance pictures or letters can be emailed to me for processed, no extra time delay is needed for mailing required insurance information.
If you are an international customer and your shipment is lost or delayed in the mail, I will require a written statement dated and signed 45 days after shipment so that the insurance claim can be filed. (Shipments to Italy require a 60 day waiting period.) No claims for missing items can be made prior to 45 (60 - Italy) days after shipment. All insurance pictures or letters can be emailed to me for processed, no extra time delay is needed for mailing required insurance information.
International Buyers – Please Note: • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. • Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
If you want to return an item for any reason such as you do not like what you purchased, your shipping costs will not be refunded for either the shipment or the return of the item. We do not want to ship out any item to anyone who is not sure if they want it or not. Please make sure when you buy an item you want it and you plan to keep it.
There is also a 10% restocking fee assessed to any order at our discretion. We ship out what we post in the store.
If we make a mistake we will be fully responsible for the related costs and if you need a refund the above does not apply.
